Current preschool paging systems can be
quite expensive to initially purchase and expensive to maintain. All of
the cost of ownership is with you, the church. It is also not easily
integrated into existing 'call out' systems (number on the screen or
wall) and hence two systems are required.
Now, no more pagers breaking needing to be replaced and no more
batteries to buy! Those expenses and hassles are now in the hands of those
who want the system - the parents. One system for pagers, call out,
check-in, security and attendance or people care. It does all of
them well!
Most churches
have a PowerPoint system that runs on a Mac or Windows platform and most
congregation members have cell phones with the vibration feature. This is
the key to the way forward with ELB Solutions redesigned Preschool paging
system. When a child is paged, their number shows up on the main screen and optionally pages the parent's via their vibrating cell phone.
This system
also incorporates a state of the art security check by barcode scaning id like parent's drivers licences (includes picture id) or a custom low cost church card! It automatically
logs attendance with reporting, takes care of guest vs. regular
attenders as well as it auto resets the pages each day keeping the PowerPoint screen clean. There
are a few other tools included as well for making kid labels, church id
cards and other necessary items to keep the system running in a healthy
and easy manner.
