PDS is one of the best full featured Church Information Software available. Their motto is that 'we own the tool, you own the data'. With that, ELB Solutions has added custom reports to the PDS suite of reports available.

Reports added are:

• Official Tax Receipt for Charitable Donations - one line per fund (screenshot)
• Official Tax Receipt for Charitable Donations - grand total(screenshot - see 'per fund' screenshot)
• Contribution Statement Summary - one line summary for each donor (screenshot)
• Contribution Statement Summary by Age Group (screenshot)

• Selectable Date Range so you can print receipts for donors or corporations that do not have a Jan 1 to Dec 31 fiscal year
• Individual or Household report for those "one off"s"
• Easy Install
• Easy to Customize footer information (Revenue Canada Info) and Organization info and address.

It might be good to look at a screenshot of the front screen below. Each church or organization can set their personal information (header) and official tax receipt footer text and override the printed date.

Installation

This program is VERY easy to install. Simply download and place the file somewhere that makes sense and is only accessible to the people who do the finance. This most likely means putting it on a computer in an office with a lock and key.

Double click the program to start and click to tell the program where the people data is and the contributions data is. You are ready to make reports.

Contact us for more exact pricing as you can remove reports to lower the cost. Once payment has been received (either paid online or a cheque received) the file will then be available for download or a CD can be sent to your address.
